Boy, we sure have a lot of critical infrastructure

I wonder if the Enders Cafe or the Arctic Circle back home are on the list of potential terrorist targets described in this article in the Times Argus.

Some highlights:

  • The Amish Country Popcorn company of Bernie, IN
  • A petting zoo in Huntsville, AL
  • The Mule Day Parade in Columbia, TN

And my favorite bit from the article:

The National Asset Database, as it is known, is so flawed, the inspector general found, that Indiana, with 8,591 potential terrorist targets, had 51 percent more listed sites than New York (5,687) and nearly twice as many as California (3,212), ranking the state the most target rich-place in the nation.
