  2. Boo. Me neither. It’s too true, and most days too close to home also. Our entire pay hierarchy in this country is bass-ackwards: we pay lawyers and scummy business people six and seven figures, and the people who supposedly hold it all together like teachers, cops, nurses, paramedics and EMT’s, firefighters, daycare workers… (okay, a bit of personal bias there) do so for peanuts. (mighty sigh)
